A Washington County man was sentenced Friday in federal court in Pittsburgh to 15 years in jail and five years of supervised release for unlawfully possessing a firearm.
Mark Bradford Yarbrough Sr., 43, of Washington, was sentenced by Chief United States District Judge Gary L. Lancaster.
Mr. Yarbrough had been found in possession of a firearms in 2005, which is illegal because he had been previously convicted in
the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County on robbery and drug charges.
Chief Judge Lancaster specifically noted that Yarbrough is a career criminal with a total of 10 convictions and 14 other arrests.
