The Association of Fundraising Professionals - Western PA Chapter named its 2010 board of directors. President: Jerry Mote, The Bradley Center; president elect: Susan Salyards, Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium; secretary: Julie Harris, Julie A. Harris Consulting; and treasurer: Andy Holtz, Penn State Greater Allegheny.

Banking & Finance

Toni Shorthouse, Donnalyn Ciotto and Maureen McKissick joined Citizens Bank as mortgage loan officers.

Philip Medsger was promoted to senior vice president, RBS Citizens.

Consulting

Antoinette Petrucci has rejoined the Pittsburgh office of Buck Consultants as a principal in its national compensation practice.

Edward McDonald has joined Stantec as a project manager.

Engineering

The Gateway Engineers Inc. appointed new shareholders: Ryan Hayes, Matt Bagaley, Mike Ogin and Kimberly Kyriakis.

Health & Medicine

Michael Brooks was hired as purchasing manager of St. Barnabas Health System.

Law

Houston Harbaugh elected these attorneys to its 2010 executive committee: Michael J. Dempster, Bradley J. Franc and Mary-Jo Rebelo. Mr. Dempster focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, including real estate development. Mr. Franc concentrates on business planning, commercial transactions, federal and state tax issues, and estate and succession planning. Ms. Rebelo focuses on commercial litigation and employment law.

Meyer Unkovic & Scott said Amanda R. Gertsnecker, Brandon B. Rothey and Robert C. Utter joined the firm as an associates and will be members of the corporate and business law, real estate and lending, employment law and employee benefits, and business litigation groups.

Duane A. Stewart III of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney was promoted to counsel.

The National Council of Jewish Women Pittsburgh Section appointed Jodi C. Hirsh executive director.

Geof Comings joined the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership as economic development manager.

The YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh appointed Kevin Bolding as Downtown District YMCA vice president.

The Pittsburgh CLO elected three new directors: Nick Liparulo, senior vice president, Westinghouse Nuclear Services; Linda Massaro, commercial sales and leasing representative, Massaro Properties; and Merrill P. Stabile, president, Alco Parking Corp.

Brothers's Brother Foundation named new officers for 2010: Chair: Walter B. Fowler, Chatham College; vice chair: Charles J. Stout, Ayco Co. (retired); secretary: Austin P. Henry, Mills & Henry; treasurer: Joseph T. Senko, McKeever, Varga & Senko.
