HAMDEN, Conn. -- Robert Morris forward Dallas Green blocked a shot and sank two free throws all in the final minute as Robert Morris beat Quinnipiac, 52-50, in the NEC championship game tonight.

The win gives the Colonials their second consecutive NEC championship, making them the first team to successfully defend their title since Rider in 1994.

With the win, the Colonials clinch an automatic berth to the NCAA tournament.
