The Kappa Scholarship Endowment Fund of Western PA celebrated its 19th Annual Valentine's Day Scholarship Ball Saturday at the Edgewood Country Club. Thirteen scholarships were awarded, including two full scholarships to Robert Morris University valued at $60,000 each, by the brothers of the Pittsburgh Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
