A look at closed roads, detours and changes in bus and T schedules for tomorrow's Pittsburgh 250 Celebration and PNC Legacy Trail Ride:
From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.:
Grant Street off ramps to the Parkway East and West
Fort Pitt Bridge on and off ramps at Liberty Avenue
Grant Street to the Boulevard of the Allies
The Boulevard of the Allies from Grant Street to Stanwix Street
Stanwix Street from the Boulevard of the Allies to Liberty Avenue
Liberty Avenue from Stanwix Street to Commonwealth Place
First Avenue from Grant Street to Ross Street
Ross Street from First Avenue to Second Avenue
Second Avenue from Ross Street to Grant Street

Street closures in effect from 7 p.m. to midnight today:
The Sixth Street Bridge over the Allegheny River
The Wabash Bridge piers along the Monongahela River
West End Bridge
One and a half lanes on the city-side of the span will be closed from 9 a.m. to midnight
The entire span will close at 8 pm until midnight.
500 feet downstream on the Ohio River from the West End Bridge will be closed from 7 p.m. to midnight.

Starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, Port Authority will detour several bus routes in accordance with the Pittsburgh 250 celebration.
Routes from the south and west, such as the 21 A Coraopolis, 21C West Park, 21F Presston-Kenmawr, 26A Ingram-Sheraden, 26B Fairywood via Steuben Street, 36A Banksville via Cedar Boulevard, 36C Green Tree, 38C Green Tree Express, 41B Bower Hill Road, 41D Brookline, 41E Mt. Washington, 46G Elizabeth, 46K Knoxville, 51A Arlington Heights and 51C Carrick will terminate at Station Square. To continue into Downtown, riders are required to board the T at the Station Square stop.
Routes such as the 51B Spencer Avenue, 51G Mount Oliver, 56B Hazelwood, 56C McKeesport-Lincoln Place, 56E Greenfield and 53F Homestead Lincoln Place will terminate at the First Avenue station/parking garage. To continue Downtown, riders are required to board the T at First Avenue.
Routes such as 67A Monroeville, 71A Negley, 71C Wilkinsburg-East Liberty and 71D Hamilton will be detoured off Forbes Avenue onto Sixth Avenue and resume normal routing on Fifth Avenue.
Port Authority will operate two-car trains on the T beginning at 10 a.m. to accommodate the expected passenger load. Additional two-car units will be added to the system later in the afternoon and into the evening to accommodate those attending the fireworks event scheduled for later in the evening.
Shuttle buses will operate from Grandview Avenue and Carson Street as a complement to Monongahela Incline service.
Port Authority also plans to operate articulated bus serve from Wood Street and Steel Plaza subway stations to the North Shore in an effort to simulate future North Shore Connector service.
