Joseph W. Lacey, 30, of Kettering, Ohio, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol on Bower Hill Road.
Carrie Lambert, 23, and Michael Paul Cinkan, 29, both of Bridgeville, were charged Monday with five counts of endangering the welfare of children after police received a complaint that there was a young child about 2 years old walking a dog in the middle of Prestley Road.
Police said they discovered that five children had been left in Mr. Cinkan's care, but that he was asleep. The children were dirty and the house was found to be in unlivable condition. The children have been placed in foster care with other family members.
Brian Paul Slebonick, 25, of Cecil was charged Aug. 26 with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct in front of LaBella Bean's Coffee Shop, Washington Avenue, where he was accused of kicking over a flower pot.
Karl B. Shields, 67, of Bridgeville, was charged with public drunkenness in separate incidents Aug. 20 and 26 at parking lot 2.
After he was accused of became disorderly with a Port Authority bus driver and yelling obscenities at some passengers, Robert Ghelarducci, 22, of Bridgeville, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Sanhu Harwinder, 18, of Banksville, was charged Aug. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol on Forsythe Road.
Daryl J. Golinski, 43, of Carnegie, was charged Aug. 24 with driving under the influence on Forsythe Road.
Monica R. Didolce, 18, of Carnegie, was charged Friday with simple assault on Broadway Street.
James Anthony Mitchell, 20, who is homeless, was charged Sunday with simple assault at Carnegie Towers.
David N. Sabulsky, 31, of Mt. Washington, was charged Sunday with public drunkenness on East Main Street.
April Ristich, 24, of Upper St. Clair, was charged Aug. 25 with retail theft after she was accused of placing $552 worth of stolen video games in a black tote bag at Kmart, Chartiers Valley Shopping Center.
On Aug. 27, a company on Thelma Drive reported that unknown persons had cut the locks off a storage building two weeks before and removed a weed trimmer, hand tools and copper pipes and fittings.
Patrick Hunt, 41, whose residence is in the Pittsburgh Motel on Steubenville Pike, was charged Saturday with retail theft after he was accused of taking nearly $20 worth of items from the Save-A-Lot in the Crafton-Ingram Shopping Center.
Aaron Pollard, 20, of Pittsburgh, was charged Saturday with simple assault, disorderly conduct and retail theft after a fight inside Giant Eagle in the Crafton-Ingram Shopping Center. The incident started when Mr. Pollard was accused of attempting to steal items from the store.
Dan Sleva, 26, of Crafton, and Edmund Guminskle, 21, of Swissvale, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and public intoxication after an altercation on Noble Avenue.
David Locante, 48, of Scott, was charged Aug. 27 with disorderly conduct and Charles Tigner, 37, of Pittsburgh, was charged with public intoxication after they were accused of acting suspiciously on Fountain Avenue.
Brian Dubbs, 26, of Canonsburg, was charged Aug. 26 with retail theft. He was accused of taking a case of beer from the Crafton Beverage Center, police said.
Cherish Miller, 34, of Findlay, was charged Monday with simple assault and various summary offenses after a fight at the J&T Trailer Park.
Christopher Duncan, 27, of Robinson, was charged Aug. 27 with retail theft after he was accused of attempting to steal $16 worth of clothing from A.J. Wright in the Crafton-Ingram Shopping Center.

A cell phone in Ingram Park on Monday. It was found later located in a ladies restroom trash can.
A bicycle Aug. 29 from a Linshaw Avenue yard.
A bicycle and three skateboards Aug. 25 from a Schley Avenue front porch.
A bicycle Aug. 24 from a front porch on Admiral Dewey Avenue.
A laptop computer Aug. 20 from a West Prospect Avenue apartment.
Donald Moore, 19, of Neville, was charged Aug. 26 with possession of marijuana after his vehicle was stopped for speeding on Green Oak Drive.
Adam Fleiner, 18, of Robinson, was charged last Thursday with disorderly conduct after his vehicle was stopped on Cortland West.
Levi Armstrong, 20, of Neville Island, was charged Aug. 18 with retail theft, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct after he was accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from Giant Eagle.
Ryan Ravas, 28, of Kennedy, was charged Aug. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol and traffic control signal violations after police said he failed to stop for a red traffic signal on Route 60 at the I-79 junction.
Frank Chytil, 47, of Scott, was charged Sunday with assault, public drunkenness and harassment after a domestic disturbance on Superior Street.
Paul Dandries, 89, of Dormont, was charged Aug. 26 with harassment after police were called to the Kane Regional Center on Kane Boulevard where he was visiting a patient.
Samuel Hollingsworth, 86, of Mt. Lebanon, was charged Aug. 26 with disorderly conduct after police responded to Wal-Mart on a disturbance call.
