A convicted felon under indictment on charges of selling guns illegally after federal agents said they found more than 300 weapons in his house is expected to plead guilty next month.
Curt P. Radovich, 39, of Butler, was indicted in March after a raid in February by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives turned up at least 336 guns, including assault-style rifles and semiautomatic pistols.
The seizure, based on evidence secured during an undercover investigation, was one of the largest ever in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Radovich has been negotiating a plea with the U.S. attorney's office for several months and is now set to plead guilty on Oct. 17 in U.S. District Court.
He is charged with dealing weapons without a license, knowingly selling guns to a felon and possession of guns by a felon.
Under federal law, Mr. Radovich is prohibited from having guns because he was convicted of aggravated assault in Butler County in 1991.
