Cultural sites get RADical again

RADical Days will return for the seventh year Sept. 20, with 39 arts and cultural organizations funded by the Allegheny Regional Asset District (RAD) offering free performances and admissions over a nearly three-week period. Also during that time, many Allegheny County public libraries will host RADical Days activities (visit aclarad.eventkeeper.com for the full schedule).

Reservations for advance-ticket events begin today. For details, information and restrictions, go to www.radworkshere.org and click on RADical Days in the "What's Happening" section.

SEPT. 20

• American Jewish Museum of the JCC, 6:45 a.m.-9:30 p.m. (collaborate with artist Ally Reeves, 1-3 p.m.)

• Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, 11 a.m.-noon (reserve advance tickets at the box office or call 412-392-4900)

• Venture Outdoors, 10 a.m.-dusk (Kayak Pittsburgh Downtown; must be at least 3 years old)
