A fisherman on Tuesday night discovered the body of a Belle Vernon man floating in the Monongahela River near the Elizabeth Bridge.

Todd Leoni, 41, had drowned, according to the Allegheny County medical examiner's office. County and Elizabeth Borough police are investigating his death.
