• Police are looking for the owner of a foot locker that likely dropped off a vehicle and was found Aug. 19 on Mansfield Boulevard near Chartiers Street.

Police, who believe the trunk locker may have sentimental value, describe it as very old with some markings that may be related to the military.

• Ercole M. Troiani, 52, of East Carnegie, was charged Aug. 21 with fleeing and eluding police, driving an unregistered car and driving with a suspended license on East Main Street.

• Mario Fulton, 26, of Carnegie, turned himself into the district magistrate Aug. 18, after learning police had issued a warrant the day before charging him with domestic violence on Osage Way.

• After police spotted his car in the Presto Post Office lot on Thoms Run Road late Friday, James Scisciani, 51, of Carnegie, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

• The owner of a house on McMichael Road reported last Thursday that vandals had broken into the residence by breaking a kitchen window. Once inside, they also broke two lamps, a ceiling light and four other windows.

• George Johnston, 26, of Northside, was charged Aug. 20 with disorderly conduct after he was trying to get inside a Pine Hollow Road residence.

• Chad C. Myers, 24, of Crafton, was charged Friday with simple assault and public drunkenness on Pennsbury Boulevard.

• Richard Rhoades, 46, of Carnegie, was charged Aug. 19 with public drunkenness after he was found passed out on the railroad tracks near Greentree Road and Ducky's Car Wash.

• A Compaq Presario computer that was on display was reported stolen Aug. 18 from Radio Shack, Raceway Plaza. A laptop cable lock was removed to steal the computer.

• Robert Eric Snodgrass, 38, of Bethel Park, was charged Sunday with criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and trespass by a motor vehicle after he filled his truck bed full of scrap metal from Limestone Products on Millers Run Road. Police in Carnegie stopped him on Hulton Street and held him until township officers arrived.

• Margaret Smalley, 31, of Delaware, Ohio, was charged Sunday with public drunkenness at the McDonald's parking lot, Washington Pike.

• Following a domestic dispute on Anderson Avenue, Sandra Lynn Neill, 34, of Bowman Street, and her brother Robert Lee Neill, 44, of Anderson Avenue, were charged with harassment.
