Police are looking for the owner of a foot locker that likely dropped off a vehicle and was found Aug. 19 on Mansfield Boulevard near Chartiers Street.
Police, who believe the trunk locker may have sentimental value, describe it as very old with some markings that may be related to the military.

Ercole M. Troiani, 52, of East Carnegie, was charged Aug. 21 with fleeing and eluding police, driving an unregistered car and driving with a suspended license on East Main Street.
