The southbound off-ramp from the Parkway North to East Street (Exit 8B) will be closed at 8 tonight as part of a construction project, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced. It will reopen at 6 a.m. tomorrow.

The detour is via Venture Street (Exit 10).
