Allegheny County police are looking for a man who, they say, sexually assaulted a woman by entering her Jefferson Hills home while she was getting the mail at the end of her driveway Friday.

When she returned to her home in the River View Palm section of Jefferson Hills, police say, she was physically and sexually assaulted.

She described her assailant as a white man, about 50 years old, who is 6 feet tall with a medium build and a "protruding belly," according to police. He has shoulder-length, wavy brown hair and brown eyes. He is also said to have a surgical scar just above his waistline.
