The intersection of Stanwix Street and Penn Avenue, Downtown, will be closed from noon to 3 p.m. today during delivery of concrete to the subway tunnel boring machine's receiving pit.

Two outbound Port Authority bus routes, 26E Robinson and 31D Bridgeville via Washington Avenue, will be detoured by the closure. Service stops will not be affected.

Motorists can use Sixth Street, Fort Duquesne Boulevard, Fifth Avenue Extension and Liberty Avenue as alternate routes.
