Prudential Preferred Realty has named James G. Saxon as senior vice president of operations. He has been with the company since 1988, when he became chief financial officer of the Prudential companies Preferred Mortgage Co., Preferred Settlement Services, Real Estate Educators and Preferred Insurance Agency.

Mr. Saxon obtained his certified public accountant license in 1984, real estate license in 1988 and insurance license in 2003. He is a member of the boards of directors for the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and Sanibel Cottages in Sanibel, Fla.




Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has reported its top associates for May.

The sales volume leaders were: Deborah Kane, East Suburban, $3 million; John Posteraro, Seven Fields, $1.9 million; Nancy Donahue, Shadyside, $1.9 million; Luann Fraicola, Norwin, $1.8 million; Jill Bolner, Squirrel Hill, $1.8 million; Maryann Bacharach, Shadyside, $1.8 million; Betty Moraca, Sewickley, $1.7 million; Bob Fox, West Suburban, $1.6 million; Ausra Gause, Sewickley, $1.5 million; Barbara Bolls, Fox Chapel, $1.1 million; and Kitty Sue Pfahl, Cranberry, $1.1 million.

The sales unit leaders were: Deborah Kane, East Suburban, 22; Doris Yantos, Beaver 12; Bob Fox, West Suburban, 11; Luann Fraicola, Norwin, 10; and Millie Karolski, South Hills, Shelley Sharp, Uniontown, and Linda Krajnak, Washington, all with nine.

The listing volume leaders were: Roz Neiman, Shadyside $6 million; Betty Moraca, Sewickley, $4.7 million; Mary Eve Kearns, Peters, $4.2 million; Stephanie Veenis, Fox Chapel, $3.8 million; and Debbie Novickoff, Murrysville, $2.5 million; Trudy Ward, Fox Chapel, $2.5 million; Mary Ann Brettell, Cranberry, $2.4 million; Mary Lou Hagman, Peters, $2.1 million; Jill Bolner, Squirrel Hill, $1.5 million; Helen Eaton, Squirrel Hill, $1.5 million; Bonnie Rosenthal, Greensburg, $1.5 million; and Bonnie Heinecke, Murrysville, $1.2 million.

The listing unit leaders were: Caren Foy, New Castle, 12.5; and Roz Neiman, Shadyside, Janet Landfried, Greenville, Anne Lapaglia, Fredonia, and Milo Hindman, McKeesport, each with nine.




Darlene Toker has joined Prudential Preferred Realty's Murrysville office. The Penn State University graduate worked previously with Lloyds Bank of London and Federated Investors.
