I just received this error message today, "Please send contents of this message box to BUGS@ROBOFORM.COM".

Why did I receive this message? Who does this message go to? I can recall receiving this message a few months ago.

Patti:

Roboform is a password manager and Web form filler program that automates typing in passwords and filling out Web forms.

It is reputable so you probably needn't worry about a virus.

Roboform is downloadable free (but I don't know if it is free forever).

It seem like someone loaded Roboform on your computer at one time and it is encountering an error and asking you to email the error message to the Roboform site.

Since it is just asking you to email something, it doesn't seem to be particularly dangerous. However, it is possible that malware is faking the message to get your email address.

If you know you have Roboform on your computer and use it, I'd email them the error message. If not, I'd ignore it. You could also go to the roboform site, find a contact email address and ask them why you are seeing this message
